You built the thing. Now what?
Learning AI and building with it is the easy half of the story. The hard half, the half drowning in hype, is what comes next: how do you get users, and how do you make money? This is where KB Cafe goes next, and it will explain those the same way it explains DMARC, Base64, and MCP: mechanism first, real numbers, no guru nonsense.
A live build-in-public journey. We’re documenting the sites in our very own portfolio as they’re built and grown, from day one, with actual strategy and real numbers. Follow along for the ride.
The anti-guru promise
Search “how to get traffic” or “how to make money with AI” and you drown in 10x your growth, passive income, and screenshots of dashboards that may or may not be real. The internet has ten million versions of that. It has almost none of the thing that actually helps: how it really works. How search ranks. How a launch channel rewards you or punishes you. How pricing and margins actually behave once an AI API bill is involved. That is the gap KB Cafe fills here, and the bar is the same as the rest of the site: if a page can’t be honest and concrete, it doesn’t ship.
Taught from real sites, not theory
The difference here is simple: we are actually doing this. KB Cafe is not an article written by someone who has never shipped, it is a live worked example you are reading right now. This exact site was:
- bought as an aged domain for its backlink authority, then restored rather than rebuilt;
- filled with flagship references and client-side tools (the email, DNS, and WHOIS clusters you can use today);
- audited for trapped backlink equity, with on-topic URLs recovered and off-topic ones deliberately left alone;
- submitted to Search Console and instrumented with privacy-friendly analytics to measure what works.
Every claim in the Marketing and Monetization guides will be backed by something real, from this site or another we’ve built. The first full teardown is live: how we restored KB Cafe. We’ll show the process and the mechanics in detail; a few specific “secret sauce” tactics we’ll describe in shape rather than hand over wholesale. Honest, not naive.
The worked examples
